All the hassle of contacting various stakeholders like civil, electrician, plumber etc. goes away. We are just a phone call away, you provide us the contract and we handover the keys of your home with 3-4 months.

SUSTAINABLE

We have designed these homes to make them self sustainable in terms of energy needs, water needs etc. You can essentially live off grid, we have rain water harvesting  in place and you grow your own fruits and vegetables.

SOLAR POWERED

Bavarian homes produce as much power as much they need round the year. We install solar panels to suffice the electrical needs of the home and the battery backup powers the home during the night time.

SMART & SECURE

Our home is smart & secure. We can remotely monitor and control all the electrical appliances at the touch of our mobile screen. Our security systems are solar powered and are integrated with the app.

Process

You give us your piece of land, we will give you the keys of your dream home in 3-4 months time.

Choose the layout and approvals for the design are taken from the concerned authorities.

Step 1

Site selection & design drawing approvals

Post design approvals, we start building the plinth followed by structure

Step 2

Foudation and building the Structure

Once the structure is ready, all the electrical fittings, plumbing, tiling and furnishing work starts.

Step 3

Electrical, Plumbing, Interior/furnishing

We complete the interiors & furnishing post which a complete inspection of the home is done and finally we hand over you the keys of your happy home.

What makes our home so different ?

Its everything. Starting from the structure to the doors and windows till the appliances, each and every thing is thoughtfully chosen keeping in mind not only your comfort but also how does it impact the surroundings.

How much time does it take for construction?
Once the plinth is ready, it takes 4 months for us to complete the work and hand over you your house keys.
 
What does the price include?
  • Construction and basic site-work, including connection to existing utilities (water + electric)
  • Building materials: walls, roof, windows, doors, HVAC equipment, etc.  All of the basics that make a home, a home.
  • Interior fit-out, including: lighting, plumbing fixtures, cabinetry, hardware, wall tile, flooring, etc.
  • Energy efficient appliances
  • Complete grid-tied PV system (with optional Tesla Powerwall for energy storage)
